本周稀土市场行情，镝铁和铽的价格小幅上涨，镨钕和金属钕的价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格338-343元/KG，金属钕价格357-362元/KG，镝铁合金价格1880-1900元/KG，金属铽价格5270-5320元/KG。

This week, prices of DyFe and Tb increased slightly, PrNd and Nd metal kept stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 338-343 RMB/KG, Nd metal 357-362 RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1880-1900RMB/KG, and Tb metal 5270-5320RMB/KG.

海关数据显示：2020年4月，我国进口混合碳酸稀土约473吨，环比收缩19.3%；其中缅甸约364吨，环比收缩35.5%。2020年4月我国进口未列名稀土氧化物约1470吨，环比下降44.7%；其中缅甸1203吨，环比大幅下降51.8%。

According to the customs data, in April 2020, China imported about 473 tons of mixed rare earth carbonate with a month-on-month contraction of 19.3%. Among them, around 364 tons were from Myanmar with a month-on-month contraction of 35.5%. In April 2020, China imported about 1,470 tons of unlisted rare earth oxides, with a month-on-month decrease of 44.7%. Among them, 1,203 tons were from Myanmar, with a month-on-month sharp drop of 51.8%.

受疫情影响，缅甸于3月15日开始就停办了非必要签证，3月30日开始停运所有商业客运航班，这一禁令目前将延续至5月31日，云南中缅边境也采取了人不过境分段运输的防疫措施，4月份缅甸稀土供给一定程度受阻。此外，4月下旬缅甸开始步入漫长雨季也影响了稀土运输与开采。

Affected by the epidemic, Myanmar has discontinued the non-essential visa on March 15th as well as stops all commercial passenger flights on March 30th, which will last till May 31st. The sino-burmese border in Yunnan province has taken the epidemic prevention measures which people do not transit and only fragmented transport. Therefore the supply of Myanmar rare earths in April has been hindered in a certain extent. Additionally, in late April Myanmar began to enter a long rainy season which also affects the rare earth and mining transport.

2.       业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

本周稀土市场整体表现稳中向好，其中镨钕产品小幅上涨持稳，镝铽产品小幅波动迅速趋稳。其余重稀土产品同时受到国储预期与镨钕需求拉动双重因素大致稳定个别小涨。

This week, the overall performance of the rare earth market is quite stable, including a small rise in PrNd products, and small fluctuations followed with quickly stabilized in Dy and Tb products. The remaining heavy rare earth products have been influenced by both state reserve expectations and PrNd demands which lead to a small rise.

海外疫情渐入消退期，稀土及稀土永磁主要出口市场如德国、日本、韩国在本月中旬均宣布全面复工，即使疫情最为严重的美国也计划逐步放开管控。国外镨钕供给在本月同样有增加的因素，Lynas扩大复产及美国稀土金属矿不再加征关税均有可能增加本月的镨钕供给。

Overseas outbreak enter into a subsidise period, the main export markets of rare earth and rare earth permanent magnet such as Germany, Japan and South Korea announced a full return to work in the middle of this month, even the most serious outbreak of the United States also plans to gradually let go of control. The supply of overseas PrNd products also increased this month, Lynas has expanded the production and the rare earth metals of the United States will no longer require a tariff which is likely to increase the supply of PrNd products.

后续预测：镨钕短期内有望持续稳定，但随着时间推移，负面因素逐步增加，供给增长较大概率覆盖当下需求微弱的好转，未来镨钕存在下调的风险，同样，镨钕当下价位仍处于较低位置，分离企业尤其回收分离企业面临的成本压力仍在，纵有下调亦不会明显。(瑞道稀土资讯)

Subsequent forecast: PrNd products is expected to be steady in the short term, but over time, the negative factors will gradually increase, supply growth will probability covers the present demand, the future PrNd products will carries the risk of decrease, likewise, the current price of PrNd products is still at a lower position, separation enterprise especially recycling separation companies still facing the cost pressures, so even if there is a downward adjustment, it will not be obvious.
