本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格都有小幅下调。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格403-408元/KG，镝铁合金价格1850-1870元/KG，金属铽价格5050-5100元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb fell slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 403-408RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1850-1870RMB/KG and Tb metal 5050-5100RMB/KG.

据海关总署数据统计分析，我国8月份出口稀土永磁体产品2997.7吨, 环比7月下降6.04%，同比2018年8月上涨8.13%；8月份永磁体产品出口均价47.10USD/kg,环比7月上涨1.98%，同比2018年8月下降1.10%。截止8月份，2019年我国共出口稀土永磁体2.29万吨，累计同比2018年上涨2.71%

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, China exported 2997.7 tons of rare earth permanent magnet products in August, down 6.04% from July and up 8.13% from August 2018. The average export price in August was 47.10USD/kg, rose by 1.98% month-on month, down by 1.10% year-on-year. By August, China exported 22,900 tons rare earth permanent magnets in 2019 in total, increase 2.71% year-on-year.

2. 业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

临近国庆下游虽然对后市心存谨慎采购克制，但仍有一定的库存空白，且已到了采购的期限。此外，包头、赣州、冕宁等地分离企业已有序控制生产，保证大庆期间环保、安全，部分企业预计限产时间20天左右。

With the National Day coming, although downstream is cautious in purchasing and restraining the market, there is still a certain amount of inventory gap, and the deadline for procurement has arrived. In addition, separation enterprises in Baotou, Ganzhou, Mianning and other places have controlled production in order, to ensure environmental protection and safety during the Celebration period. 需求暂时出现起色，经历了节前下滑的稀土各系产品逐步止跌，且氧化镨钕成甚至出现小幅度反弹。随着询单增加，上游分离厂挺价信心更足，之前出于降价恐慌抢跑的散货持货商及贸易商其心态也开始稳定，低位货源少。

Demand has temporarily improved, and the rare earth products that have experienced the decline before the holiday have gradually stopped falling. And the sales of PrNd oxide have even rebounded slightly. With the increase of inquiries, the upstream separation plant has more confidence in price. The bulk cargo holders and traders who had previously rushed to run, the price cuts have begun to stabilize their minds, and the low supply is very few.

重稀土弱势再度放缓，腾冲短暂通关对业内心态的冲击逐步缓和，加上各大厂家近期对低位货源的持续清扫，恐慌心态收敛归于平静。

The heavy rare earth weakened again, and the impact of Tengchong's short-term customs clearance on the industry's mentality gradually eased. In addition, the major manufacturers continued to clean up the low supply recently, and the panic mentality converges to calm.

根据不同厂家交流反馈来看，截止9月28日，一周内预计腾冲通关的缅甸稀土折合氧化物在2000吨上下，就重稀土实际增加量而言并不足以对价位造成目前程度的影响，后续镝铽走势仍有望进一步稳定。(瑞道稀土资讯)
