本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格有所下跌，镝铁和铽价格继续保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格409-414元/KG （上海有色，405-410元/KG），镝铁合金价格1160-1180元/KG （上海有色，1170-1175元/KG），金属铽价格3900-3950元/KG（上海有色，3850-3900元/KG）。

This week, price of PrNd dropped slightly, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 409-414RMB/KG (price from SMM: 405-410RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1160-1180RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1170-1175RMB/KG) and Tb metal 3900-3950RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3850-3900RMB/KG).

据悉澳洲Lynas位于马来西亚关丹的稀土分离加工厂将面临一场审查风波：新任的马哈蒂尔政府日前发布公告称近期将对其开展为期3个月的审核。受其影响，Lynas股价于本周一暴跌18%以上。

It is reported that the Australian Lynas in Kuantan, Malaysia, the rare-earth separation processing plant will face a review of the storm: the new Mahathir government recently issued a notice that it will conduct a 3-month review. Affected, Lynas shares plunged more than 18 % on Monday.

早在2012年Lynas于马来西亚建厂之初便因废料处理隐存的辐射问题遭到当地居民长期反对，马来西亚议员、反对党副主席Fuzian Salleh主导此次评估委员会，且日前发言表达出了对Lynas废料污染的不满与敌意。Lynas执行官Amanda Lacaze表对此予以抨击，表示Lynas对当地人民和环境长期保持重视，且对不可避免的微弱辐射一直谨慎处理。

When Lynas set up its factory in Malaysia in 2012, the radiation problem caused by waste disposal was met with long-term opposition from local residents. Malaysian senator and opposition party vice-chairman Fuzian Salleh led the evalsuation committee and recently expressed dissatisfaction and hostility towards Lynas's waste pollution. Amanda Lacaze, Lynas's chief executive, gave a slam on this, and said that Lynas has always attached importance to local people and the environment, and the inevitable weak radiation has been carefully handled.

Lynas作为中国以外全球大的稀土供应商拥有本国内独立矿山与全球大的稀土加工厂。开采后的稀土矿经过初加工后，通过海运达到马来西亚关丹市的稀土提炼厂，该厂稀土氧化物产能约22000吨/年，预计2019年1月将达到25000吨/年，其中氧化镨钕产能500吨/月，且预计2019年1月将达到600吨/月。根据Lynas公告统计：2017年镨钕（折合氧化物REO）产量5444吨、稀土（折合氧化物REO）产量总计17753吨；占全球稀土供给比例12%，全球镨钕供给占比约20%。贸易战愈演愈烈，稀土作为战略资源在国际对抗中具备一定的权重，Lynas此次的审查结果将对全球的稀土格局产生重大影响。(瑞道资讯)

As the world's largest rare earth supplier besides China, Lynas has its own independent mines and the world's largest rare earth processing plant. After preliminary processing, the mined rare earth ore reaches the rare earth refinery in Kuantan, Malaysia by sea. The rare earth oxides capacity of the plant is about 22,000 tons/year, and it is expected to reach 25,000 tons/year in January 2019, of which the praseodymium oxide capacity is 500 tons/month, and it is expected to reach 600 tons/month in January 2019. According to the statistics of Lynas announcement, the output of praseodymium neodymium (oxide REO) was 5,444tons and the output of rare earth (equivalent oxide REO) was 17,753 tons in 2017, accounting for 12% of the global supply of rare earths, and about 20% of the global supply of praseodymium. The trade war has intensified, and rare earths have a certain weight in international confrontation as a strategic resource.
