At the beginning of the new year, our company carried out experiential development training in February 23-25, 2018.
The idea of this activity is “Everyone is an operator", all the trainees make up a number of enterprises, focus on the competition consciousness, adaptation consciousness, crisis consciousness and mission consciousness which is essential to enterprise evolution, consolidate at every step, the results of all projects will eventually be presented as data, to give the trainees an intuitive and profound impact, which will lead to a deeper understanding.
The object of this training is to guide trainees to establish customer orientation, market orientation and result oriented. A behaving tendency helps trainees to face new system, new challenge and new situation, to adapt and improve actively without complain and nitpick, to form a positive, active evolutionary culture.
During the training, lots of well-designed activities aroused strong interest and enthusiasm. Faced with challenging projects, the team members brainstormed and worked together to successfully complete the challenges with thoughts and hard works and to share the passion of the joy of success and challenges.
This activity is to cultivate the core team spirit of the company, hone their personal will and build a high-performance team, to motivate the team's higher work enthusiasm and the motivation to strive for innovation to ensure the sustainable development of the company, to lay a solid foundation for the company to go up next step, and to create greater value for individuals, businesses and society.
